Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.After we receive and inspect the return, refunds are typically processed within 5 business days.Your bank/payment provider may require additional posting time.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged/defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description, and photos/video. We will prioritize a replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@litones.net.
  2. Include your order number, email address, and reason for return. If damaged/defective, attach photos or video.
  3. Once approved, we will reply with the return address and detailed instructions.
  4. Return shipping policy: Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility; other regions vary.
