Dented Box Items
These products may have outer box damage (tears, scratches, dents, etc.) but are brand new and fully functional. Covered by a 30-day return policy and full warranty.
Refurbished Products
Refurbished items have been inspected, tested, and repaired by certified LitONES technicians. They may have minor cosmetic imperfections but are guaranteed to work as intended.

Extended Holiday Return Policy
Purchases made between November 15 and December 23 are eligible for return until January 31 of the following year. This includes a full refund of the purchase price and shipping charges (if applicable).
Order Cancellations
To ensure fast delivery, all in-stock orders are processed and sent to our warehouse immediately after purchase. Therefore:

How to Return an Item

Once approved, ship the item back using a tracked shipping method.

Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received at our warehouse.
